Sandra Hartman cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it, and as you all know, that is someone that is hard to find. The salon itself is clean and well-kept. I also had my eyebrows done there in the spring and I'm very happy with the result.
First I want to say the shop is Beautiful and Clean and it may have been before new ownership….this was done in August of 2022. I got a piggyback perm the stylist rolled my hair so tight and then before doing the piggyback roller would grab my hair and pull it like she was was trying to pull it out of my scalp then she rolled that end. I have now lost about a third of my hair. I have clumps break off and fall out and a huge wad every time I comb it. She was saying her sister used to complain that she was hurting her when she did her hair… and I think she found joy in that.
