Inspection for subterranean termites. Found two exploratory tunnels, treated them, & set up a system of baits around my house. Initial charge to install was$1,371, then about $300 annually. Adding everything together this was noticeably less than what I paid for the same system for a smaller house in FL. I chose Bill's because was one of only two

I am pleased with their work. They are punctual and polite, and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend! They charge $235 for the annual inspection. If they find something, they will return at no extra charge.
The gentleman who came to complete my pest control service is very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain things to me, as I am new to AZ. I highly recommend this company!
