About Sub - Zero
Sub-Zero has two facilities, one on 169th Street and a newer one on West Camelback. The correct address for the 169th location is 4198 N 169 Dr in Goodyear. Finding it can be tricky; GPS is not reliable. From the 303 loop, take West Indian School Road and make the first right after the light onto the small N 169 Dr, going through gates to a cul-de-sac. The receiving door is 68. Inside, customers wait in a caged area and must call a number for service, although staff unloads items pretty fast. The older man in shipping can sometimes be grouchy. The newer Camelback location has great, easy-going people. Overall, it is not a bad place, but communication could be better.
Okay y'all here's a good one I'm about to save you a whole lot of problems now there's three places in this one location but if you're coming to the Sub-Zero location don't follow your GPS come down to 169th Street and follow the cul-de-sac all the way back once you get through there and make a right receiving door will be on your Lyft also with shipping door 68 once you get inside it gets kind of funky you're inside of a cage you got to use the number to call to get somebody to come to you for receiving which I think is garbage because there's people that are sitting right there less than 5 ft away they are by appointment and got me in the doc pretty fast 11 a.m. appointment...read full review
There are two different facilities. This one on 169th and another one on West Camelback about 1.8 miles away. The one on Camelback is new and doesn't show up on Google maps. Make sure you're going to the right one. The people at the one on Camelback were great. Very easy going and quick unload.
