Quality Tax Service & Bookkeeping provides quality service to individuals and small businesses in both English and Spanish. The team is professional, kind, and friendly. They are accommodating and explain everything very well and in detail. Customers leave feeling relieved, joyful, confident, and full of knowledge. The service is helpful, competent, and light hearted. Many customers recommend this place to everyone. Filing tax returns has never been so good.
My husband and I are new to Arizona and needed help filing our taxes with two states involved. The owner of the company, Arcelia, takes the new customers. This is the best tax experience we’ve had. Aracelia is quick, efficient and a great lady. I took friends in who needed real estate tax advice and she spent an hour with them, answered their questions and made them an appointment with a tax attorney for next day. She never charged them for her time. And they had an excellent meeting with the attorney. Aracelia’s customer service is fabulous.
