Came in today and had Kevin as my tech. He was so friendly and made the appointment go by quick chatting with me. He also did a great job on my nails and was very nice about how specific I wanted them. Will definitely request him for all future appointments!
They did my nails better than the last place I went but they were still bumpy towards the bottom so they look like tortoise shells. My nail tech was very nice. Appointments are easy to get. Could have done way better on the holiday designs can you pay extra for.
I have been going to this nail shop for years. As in more than 7, so that should say how much I know I'm going to get what I pay for. The service is good and I'll keep being a return customer. Amy is my usual tech, but Kim the owner, knows my name, always greets me, and is always kind. I have always gotten the appts I need with no problem. My daughter also gets her pedicures here.
