Found my new go-to spot! The studio is spotless and has such a relaxing vibe. Nichelle is a true professional—very thorough and pays great attention to detail. This was my first wax ever, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was so welcoming from the moment I walked in, and her space was extremely clean and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. I was definitely nervous, but she was so patient, understanding, and reassuring the entire time. She explained everything, checked in on me, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I’m so glad I came to her and would highly recommend her to anyone—especially first-timers!
