The girl that took my vitals and notated what was wrong was very thorough, confident and good at her job. She communicated what the action plan was for my visit and I was very professional.
Dr. Rachel was very informative and broke down that heavy doctor talk into something more relatable that I could understand, she took her time and was professional and an effective communicator.
I’m visiting from out of state. Went in for cut on leg possibly early stage of infection. Check in was easy, wait time was minimal. Staff was very knowledgeable, efficient and caring. I would strongly recommend if needed for something not requiring an emergency room visit!
