I have generally had a good experience every time I have been there. The facility could use a but upkeep and hygiene. But, I appreciate it being a local business in EMR and the owners are very welcoming.

I absolutely love Kayla. I've never had a bad experience, and I have always walked out extremely happy, though I've seen questionable conversations between the owner and customer wanting matching toe and fingernails. It could have been handled better.

I don't know why they have a low score. I avoided due to this but finally went in. Cleanest of the salons I have been to. Like super clean. My technician was personable and did a great job. Will go again.
