The dental team is friendly and helpful, making children feel comfortable during their appointments. They take the time to explain procedures clearly and provide support throughout the process. Parents appreciate the office's commitment to making dental visits a positive experience. The entire staff is nice, very sweet ladies when checking in as well as the dental hygienist. Dr. Kelly is great and really cares for her patients. The office itself peaked the boys interest as it was filled with things for them to do while they waited. The dental hygienist were super friendly and explained everything to me and the boys. Dr. Kelly was great as well. She was the final stop as she checked the boys and explained what she saw. Hilgers Pediatric Dentistry is recommended for its exceptional care.
Switched to Hilgers from an awful pediatric dentist and don’t regret it one bit. And hopefully never do! They found issues with my daughters teeth that the other place missed for over a year! They get you in there to look and really show you what they’re doing and everything so you’re aware and apart of your child’s care! I love that! They did a much more thorough cleaning with both of my kids and everyone’s been super nice! All of my co pays so far I’ve gotten itemized receipts for which is amazing because I never have at the other place! We’re just really happy we made the switch!
Had to try a new dentist after our first “pediatric” place was awful! I was appalled at the techs and dentist with their attitudes, they were not catered to kids, nor anyone really. I was SO glad I came across Hilgers and knew during my first phone call that this place would be much better. Our first visit was night and day compared to the other place, I’ll never go anywhere else!!!!! From opening the door of the incredible lobby, to our stop at the prize machines on the way out, everything and everyone was outstanding. Today my daughter needed to urgently be seen for her problem tooth, which ended up being extracted today instead of in a few weeks. I was literally on the phone at 1:17 pm, in treatment area with daughter getting a quick xray and Dr exam at 1:50 pm, and she was happily skipping back over to me at 2:20 pm!!!!! I opted to stay in lobby for the procedure in hopes my 6 year old would do better without me present, and I expected them to come get me to calm her down. But NOPE, she was great and she didn’t even know they pulled that problem baby tooth out until she looked in the mirror, even though we told her like twice beforehand that it would be happening! I’m not sure of the name of the Dr we saw today, but thank you SO MUCH to her and the entire staff for the excellent care and customer service!!!!!!!
