New to town so I needed a cleaner. Good news was Galaxy proved to be fast, friendly and by some miracle they got the chocolate stains off my husbands pants! Bad news is it would seem my favorite cashmere sweater is hopelessly ruined (not by anything they did of course, or this would be a very different review). On the downside it cost me like $18. Seems a little high IDK.

I dropped off some jeans to be cleaned and pressed they said they were ready Monday picked up on Thursday they were still wet horrible job with pressing and creasing them I feel bad for the people who take expensive clothes there.....I should have read reviews first live and learn

GO ELSEWHERE.

I wish I had listened to the negative reviews, but unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way.

This business fumbled my experience at every step. I brought in a garment for next-day service, which they agreed to. I pointed out a stain on the item, and they said they’d do their best to remove it—but assured me it would still be ready the next day.

Today was the scheduled pickup. I called ahead, and they said it would be ready by 2 p.m. When I called again at 2, I was told they didn’t even launder it—because of the stain I had already shown them. They then claimed they tried to contact me, which is simply not true.
