I am currently a driver for F/Staff. At first the work product was a bit spotty & inconsistent but I really liked the potential & the idea of it all. Working when you want, for who you want, where you want at a price that suits you.This job gives you so much control & convenience because, in truth, you feel like your own boss.Though there are some cracks in the model (in my opinion), the pros far outweigh the cons. Besides, in trucking, we all know that there is hardly ever a perfect situation.The staff are great, Tim & Tiffany are priceless. FStaff has been my Go-To Temp Staffing Service Several times over the past 4 years. The Recruiters, Driver Managers, HR Folks and Payroll Department have all been very helpful and responsive. This time around I am staying with them for as long as it’s working out and hopefully I can do a “temp to hire” thing not too long from now. They all seem excited about the possibility for me to do that. They don’t try to hold anybody back. They are good people. :-)

The FStaff app is an unbelievable resource for both carriers and truckers. Their CEO Justin and his wife run a charitable organization centered around being kind, and you can tell that spills over into this company. It's fitting that their app helps people connect for the benefit of both sides. It's no wonder they're growing so fast!
