My service tech Michael, had great product and service knowledge. He was prompt, professional and he explained the reason why my oven wasn't working and how to repair it. I appreciated their work ethic and customer service. This is a top notch repair company. Highly recommend using them, they service my refrigerator in the past with the same excellent results.

I am impressed with the service that was provided and the honestly of the company. My service tech guy Zach was very professional and explained everything to me to understand the diagnostics of my appliance. This company is amazing! Zack came by today and gave me the bad news that my compressor was out on my refrigerator. Since he was able to hear the bad compressor before doing anything else, he DIDN'T CHARGE ME! Thank you so much for that little bit of financial relief!!!He gave me great advice about buying a replacement fridge (since replacing the compressor would be ~$1400).I can't thank this company enough for their quick, professional, and friendly service.I live in a property surrounded by a fence and gate and he was even courteous enough to close the gate that i left open when coming in (in case the dog was out)He came exactly on time and gave me a courtesy call when...read full review
