City of Hope Cancer Center Phoenix is a highly-regarded institution that provides exceptional care to its patients. The staff, doctors, and nurses are described as "absolutely wonderful" and "wonderful" in their reviews. Patients appreciate the center's comprehensive approach to treatment, including the use of advanced medical tools and a team of professionals who take the time to listen and care. The doctors are caring and excellent. The check in lady's should have more compassion. When a patient decided to stop the chemotherapy, the way they were treated was extremely poor. No other treatments were offered.
My husband was sent to City of Hope after his current oncologist discovered reoccurring cancer. This was the highest quality medical experience and service we have ever received. We were blown away with how attentive and organized many of the team members are at City of Hope. Their portal is easy to navigate and user-friendly compared to most portals doctors offices and hospitals use. They were often one step ahead of us with communication or scheduling. Everyone is very friendly and understanding. All appointments have been in this one location and the doctors work together for best results. I would recommend to anyone who is helping a family member make the decision on a location. Takes so much stress off to be able to do it all in one location. Including urgent care 24hrs a day. Very helpful.
The highest caliber professionals and staff you could hope to encounter. Everyone here — from security to the medical director — is humble, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping patients.
They take their time, listen carefully, and treat each person with respect and dignity. In many places medicine can feel rushed, but that is not the experience here.
Regardless of whether you are facing a cancer diagnosis or another medical concern, the atmosphere of sincere care and dedication here is remarkable. Being surrounded by people who truly care can quietly support and strengthen one’s healing journey. ❤️🩹
