Update: Interstate took care of the problems and I purchased an additional carport and am very happy with it.I am new to the area and try do do business locally. I also try to be positive about local businesses. Scott is a good guy and there company provides a service (for a fee) to work the permits you need through the Mohave County system. This is a GREAT service and well worth the cost. I am very happy with that aspect of our transaction.However (the other shoe falls) Interstate Steel Structures is the metal building company they are a dealer for here in the area. Scott is very responsive and answered all questions. They took care of the details of my metal garage.As a broker he doesn't do the work but the crew showed up at 6am and we're easy to deal with.
