There's an urgent care located inside this primary care facility, so there may be variance with urgent care. I had to get established with a new doctor with primary care, and have had nothing short of an easy and empathic experience. I'm so grateful another facility is nearby after my main doctor left the practice I previously went to. The provider I see here is attentive, kind, open to hearing what's needed and what I'm experiencing, and I'm grateful for a provider that's working with me rather than telling me I'm wrong. Too many experiences in the past with physicians who weren't listening have taught me what to look for, and I'm impressed with the provider I have here.
Called first to see if I needed apt. Gentleman said no. I asked how long the wait was. He replied currently 30 min. She gave me 5 pages of paperwork to fill out and required payment before seeing a Dr. she said ppl w apts are seen first & then walk ins. My mom had a $25. co-pay so we pd that. Told him she felt she had a UTI. He said he would call...read full review
