Phil and his son did an excellent job with a 100>200 amp panel upgrade on our older home. Phil made time for us right away and quoted a very fair price. He warned us that permits might take a while as they required approval from the phx historic office, but was able to get the city to expedite them and had us scheduled with APS inside of only two weeks. He provided excellent communication as well, letting us know a week in advance when they would start work and what to expect.
