“There's an urgent care located inside this primary care facility, so there may be variance with urgent care. I had to get established with a new doctor with primary care, and have had nothing short of an easy and empathic experience. I'm so grateful another facility is nearby after my main doctor left the practice I previously went to. The provider I see here is attentive, kind, open to hearing what's needed and what I'm experiencing, and I'm grateful for a provider that's working with me rather than telling me I'm wrong. Too many experiences in the past with physicians who weren't listening have taught me what to look for, and I'm impressed with the provider I have here.“
