“I called at 10:30 am on Saturday morning knowing more than likely my sweet Oakley needed to be euthanized. I was not a client and I had a 50 minute drive. I arrived at around 11:45 and they closed at 12:00 pm. They never rushed me. The front desk staff along with the techs and vet were extremely patient with me. Unfortunately, I did not get anyone's name that day because I was a mess with grief. I just want to say "Thank You"! All of you were such a blessing at a critical time when I just needed compassion along with Oakley. Thanks for your gentleness and understanding. Much appreciated!!!“
