About Samaritan Veterinary Center
Samaritan Veterinary Center is a compassionate and welcoming business that treats all animals with care and respect. The staff, including the front desk and technicians, are patient and understanding, even when clients are under emotional distress. They take the time to explain findings clearly and ensure that both the pet and the owner feel comfortable. The veterinarians are kind and gentle, especially towards scared or anxious animals. It is noted, however, that there was one instance of a medical assistant displaying a poor attitude. Despite this, the center receives a positive recommendation for their overall attentive and welcoming service, especially towards pit bulls and other breeds that may face discrimination elsewhere.
We have been using Samaritan Veterinary Center for 30+ years. The staff are kind and very helpful. They have taken care of all of our needs and emergencies with all of our pets. Dr. Jeffrey Eubank and Dr. Mary Emily take time to explain everything and answer all of our questions they are awesome!
I called at 10:30 am on Saturday morning knowing more than likely my sweet Oakley needed to be euthanized. I was not a client and I had a 50 minute drive. I arrived at around 11:45 and they closed at 12:00 pm. They never rushed me. The front desk staff along with the techs and vet were extremely patient with me. Unfortunately, I did not get anyone's name that day because I was a mess with grief. I just want to say "Thank You"! All of you were such a blessing at a critical time when I just needed compassion along with Oakley. Thanks for your gentleness and understanding. Much appreciated!!!
The doctor was kind to my scared baby. She explained her findings clearly and so I could understand. The front desk staff were attentive and welcoming. My only issue was the medical assistant who had a poor attitude. Word of advice - my pets are MY babies, when they are ill and in pain it's very frustrating. Other than that I do recommend this office.
