I worked with Jacque Richardson on estimating a home renovation. For unrelated reasons the project was not started but the pre-construction experience was very professional, attentive and thorough. They stood out as having a very complete business model that takes care of everything.
I had a great experience at our initial consultation for a master bathroom remodel. Jacque spent a lot of time and was very thorough both in understanding my desires and communicating what was realistic and what the process would entail. She was pleasant and professional and it felt good to know we would have such a qualified expert guiding us through this renovation!
I had this company come out to do an estimate on 2 bathrooms, kitchen and frontroom remodel. The send out a designer to do the estimate. I explained what I wanted done and he gave me a verbal estimate. The bathroom estimates were about 10k each more than other estimates I received and the kitchen was about 20k more. Then you need to pay a % to the designer. I believe this company would have done a good job, but I did not have the budget to hire them since I was doing an entire home remodel and would have had to skip some of the updates I wanted.
