My child recently had her braces taken off. From the first consultation to her last follow up this past week, staff has been wonderful with communication. I really appreciate when providers acknowledge the child who is scheduled. My child was asked questions and she was also given the chance to ask her own. When she got her retainers, the dental tech took the time to not just explain how to keep them clean but he also let her practice before we left the office and showed her what kind of toothbrush is best for cleaning retainers.
