Valleywide cooking was amazing to work with when our ac went out! Margaret was incredible on the phone making sure we had prompt service they actually made it out 45 minutes after calling them! When Jim arrived to give me my consultation he was quick professional and it was clear he was there to help which brought me so much relief as this was a huge fear of mine going into the summer! 48 hours later my new ac was installed and my house was cooled off in no time! They were there for me every step of the way! They were amazing and treated us like family!

After our AC btoke in the middle of a 115+ heatwave tjis summer and reading several excellent reviews & notes on Reddit in the middle of the night, worried if we could even afford it, l called ValleyWide litterally 1st thing in the morning. BOY!!! Were those reviews & notes spot on!! They had someone over to the house that morning!! We knew our compressor was dead after babying it along for the last two previous summers & HORRIBLE experiences with our home warranty company. Enough was enough.
