About Tom's Family Car Wash

Tom's Family Car Wash is a popular choice for car cleaning, known for good service and friendly staff. Many customers appreciate the quality of the washes, especially after multiple visits, where improvements can be seen, particularly with rims. However, some reviews mention the need for more staff and better attention to detail, as certain areas can be missed during cleaning. Prices are on the higher side, and while some customers feel the service is not always premium, others value the consistency and quick resolutions to any issues. Overall, it remains a reliable option for a thorough car wash experience.

I want to give Anthony a big shout out every time I come in. He’s been super helpful and super patient with me. I also want to say thank you to Lupe for putting up with me on my bad day. I highly recommend this place.

Ever since I've moved to Arizona have been in the Gilbert area and they have taken really good care of me and went over and beyond when I needed extra services. And Anthony in particularis very caring and very supportive, I have some concerns about my teenage boys and he enlightened me just as it says Tom family car Wash. I meant Tom personally and he's an awesome guy, it's really like being around family

Incredible service. Incredible attention to detail. More than 4 employees took turns assuring my car was sparkling clean. Best value in Gilbert. They even offer free car washes if you get an oil change with them.
