I have been using the same cleaners for 10 years. The past few months something has changed that buttons are getting torn off and replaced but with not similar buttons. Was thinking it was me for a while but just took in a brand new shirt (never worn) and it happened again. They don’t even think to use the buttons attached to the shirt.
I’m sure all the people in a board room are color blind and would never notice the mismatch. Might be time to change cleaners.
