Pain Center of Az- Gilbert- Rome Street Location. I feel like this practice is on decline. Started with Pain Center around 2003 at PHX Biltmore location so have seen several of their doctors and PAs. I would say over last 5 or so years the long time docs and PAs have left and have noticed several re-surfaced at a different new practice that has a Gilbert location. Are used to be able to get procedures done at the Gilbert office but now you have to travel to Arizona surgical in Tempe and most procedures require sedation in a driver. Dr Narain is professional and what I consider superb giving epidurals. I’ve been getting epidurals in all areas of my spine and RFA’s for years. I’ve had bad experiences. I’ve had one other most excellent Dr that retired. Dr Narain rates up with my last Dr. I’ve been looking for over a year, to find a Dr.
