I joined Exercise Coach about 3 months ago and am thrilled with my results! All coaches have been great but Coach Krysten, who did my initial consult and signed me up, is exceptional! Very motivating and encouraging!

I love the whole body workout in only 20 minutes! I like how the computers keep track of my previous workouts and show me where I’m improving. Most of all, I like the staff and appreciate their knowledge and constant encouragement that helps keep me on track towards my goals.

I always enjoy my time at the exercise coach. I have been going for about 3 months twice a week. What a difference it has made in my life!All the coaches are so helpful and attentive during your very intense 20 minute workout.I highly recommend this location in particular. Plenty of parking, easy access and a clean and relaxing environment.
