Mitchell was amazing. Very polite, great attitude, professional, highly educated in his profession, and THOROUGH! Out of five stars, I do not hesitate awarding him 10. In addition to being thorough on his termite inspection, I followed him around out of curiosity and visited with him. Again, very thorough and educated me. He found an area around the exterior perimeter of the house that was indicative of rodents. I asked him to pursue, and we walked the perimeter of the house, and using a mirror, he pointed out gaps at the base of the frame of the house that met the concrete slab. Lewis has been our technician for almost a year; he always informs us ahead of time our date and time frame of service as well as list description of what he will do during service. He let's us know when he's finished, what he's done, any findings and or issues if any. He's been polite, attentive and seems knowledgeable of his job. We've experienced some growing pains (and pricing) over the past couple years with multiple mergers of companies, hoping that has settled and that we will continue to receive the satisfactory customer service that Lewis has provided so far.
