Emerson is the technician that has come over a couple of times to solve our drip issues. He is always professional and very good at communicating the problem and the solution! I've been using Sprinkler Doctors for a couple of years. Emerson has been out here a few times and has helped with drip system leaks and adjusting a few of my sprinkler heads to get better coverage on a couple of areas of my lawn. He's very easy to work with, professional and on time. 5 Stars!
The office contacted me within an hour of my request and we setup an appointment for the next day. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my drip system but every time it went on the pipes in the house started banging (water hammer). Govani was on time the next day. He said it could be one of two issues and he checked out he cheaper of the two first. Sure enough it was the timer. It went bad and was sending uneven current through the system which caused the water hammer effect. He had the exact model on his truck and replaced it in under 30 minutes.
