Came almost immediately when I requested same day. Did my whole place while I ran errands on my lunch break. I had a roommate move out that worked at a fried chicken place and tracked grease all over the floor in his room. It smelled and looked horrible. That room looks and smells brand new again. I had them do my whole place with oder removal for just over $200.
Your service rep was professional and explained well the price and process. I still have a little rippling on the edges of my carpet. Also, on the arm rest there was a faint stain on my sofa arm . I was able to rub the faint stain out. Over all a good job. Just hoping the ripples work out.
Grayd was wonderful he explained everything to me what he was going to use how he was going to use it and he did not try to oversell me. He did a wonderful job on my upholstery and on my rug. I’m very very satisfied and I will be using you guys again
