Second Opinion Plumbing was sent to my office for plumbing repair. They provided same day service and excellent communication by sending status updates via text and email prior to set appointment time. Employee was professional and able to fix the plumbing issue promptly. I would highly recommend.

Charles came by this morning. Arrived early. Gave me a courtesy call and text to see if I was ok with him arriving early. Took care of the issue promptly and professionally. Gave me an honest quote that was lower than what I’d gotten from another company when I had a similar issue in the past. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Matthew is my technician, and he's beyond superb. Not only did he find the leak cause and stop it, but he also helped me with the low water pressure, which was the main issue I had. To troubleshoot the leak, he had to dig through the overgrown weed to find the landscaping box, and it was full of weed root inside. Matthew went above and beyond to get all the problems solved for me. It's also a reasonable price. Very happy customer.
