Communication is awful.
I went to Casey for my first time to get eyelash extensions for my big brother's wedding in 2013. She had a yelp deal and her communication with me was great! I knew I found the right fit. I told myself I would only get them for the wedding, but became obsessed and went regularly for the most of 2013. When I was going to get married in 2017, I knew I had to go back to Casey and that did not disappoint. Truthfully, I found cheaper eyelash extension places but the quality was always horrible - one actually broke out in an allergic reaction and glued my actual real eyelashes together!
