I needed to leave a review for this store, but it is very specifically for their store manager Brenna. I had a big event coming up and I had incorrectly toned my hair and was really distraught. I went in and she helped me evaluate the situation, made a great product recommendation and saved the day. Every single person in that store tries to be as helpful as possible so I strongly recommend you go in and support this local business.
I'm not sure which sweet lady helped me today she had green in her hair but oh my goodness she was so kind and helpful I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for and she helped me find all the products I needed and answered all the questions I had:)
As many other people in the world, I have grown accustomed to zero customer service where you feel like a burden for walking into the store and then there is Sally Beauty on Gilbert Road. Betty came over and spent the time understanding what I was trying to accomplish, pulled out product so I could see how they handled and then made sure I knew what the deals were and the generous return policy if it doesn't work for me. I left the store feeling like a family member who had a friend in the business and they wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
