Issue: My pain started in fall of 2021. I had recently starting working out again, and initially it felt like my right groin was just tight and needed stretched. It was very mild and didn’t impact my daily life. After 6 months or so the tightness was increasing and I did acupuncture and manual manipulation. This gave me about 5 months of pain free living with no other symptoms. The pain starting increasing more and felt more joint related and the acupuncture sessions became less and less effective. Life changing! I have had headaches, migraines and neck/should tension for over 15 years. I went to physical therapy, the chiropractor, gotten routine massages. It provided temporary relief, but didn't have a lasting effect. I would take ibuprofen most days to help.
It has been 4.5 months since we did PRP injections and I haven't had a headache since!! The tension in my neck has gone away. I can do the activities that used to trigger migraines.
