I am new to Reformed and pilates as a whole. When I showed up for my first class, Lindsey and Braeley greeted me so warmly and made sure that I knew everything I needed to know. They also made sure they were informed of any physical impediment I may have. I had spinal fusion surgery many years ago and they took so much care in making sure that I would be safe. The classes are such a blast, and I plan on going to Braeley's class whenever I get the chance. Every instructor I have had so far have been excellent and offered very good corrections to make sure that I get the most out of the class. Thank you, Braeley, Hannah, Stephanie, and Anna for amazing classes!

I absolutely love reformed pilates and especially this Gilbert location. This is where I started my pilates journey, and now it feels like home. Every instructor is so nice and motivating.

I have been a member since May of 2025 and I enjoy it even more as time passes. I love all the instructors as they are very helpful and always give great feedback. There are modifications for every need to make it easier, if you have an injury, pregnancy or even to make it more difficult. I truly can say they are the best!
