I saw the sign outside my neighborhood and called to learn more. I almost go every day now. Great way to end the day for me! I like to rotate between the infrared blanket, sauna therapy, and have done the cold plunge a few times too. In the few weeks I have been going I have noticed my sleep schedule is much better and I have more energy. Its also very relaxing and enjoyable. I leave feeling relaxed and sweating it out is awesome while watching Netflix J! Its much different than your sauna at the gym. The staff is also amazing and very professional and helpful to answer any questions. The facility is VERY clean and comfortable.

I would highly recommend coming here. The owners are amazing and very kind and welcoming. Always have a great experience here. If you haven't tried it, you definitely should because you will not be disappointed.

I was gifted a sauna experience and chose this location! The sauna room is very relaxing and user friendly. Brian was very accommodating and explained everything perfectly. The highlight for me was when he brought me the ice cold lavender infused towel 10 minutes before the 40 min sauna session was over. I will definitely be revisiting. I left my phone out of the room, except to take a few shots.
