All these reviews are from property owners this company screws people out of their deposits ($6000.00) even when their is no cost to them, we want people to know that they hurt really good people who helped them find a new Tennant to their rental property and paid to market the property. A new tennat was found in 72 hours and signed the agreement. They are greedy and said we could have bee. Charged more when no cost or liquidated damaged was encurred on their part whatsoever. BEWARE THEY put No escape clause in their lease agreements so you have no choice but to pay them. Reviewing as a renter. This is one of the good companies. I've been a renter long term and have had some real nightmare situations. This company treated me with respect. Rent was easy to pay online. Problems handled promptly and fair. Transactions were done easily via DocuSign and online etc. The house I am living in has moved to a different company and I can already tell I'm in for another nightmare ride. The AC filter change out service is my only complaint. I understand why it is done, but as a busy working person I don't want to set aside time every month to be home for a filter change.

Premium Business Investments is the best property manager I could ask for. I have been with them for over 4 years. If I ever have an issue or need something fixed, they always get it done in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend PBI!
