Charles checked my unit for an exhaust smell coming through the vents. He did a thorough inspection and found nothing to cause the odor. Unit running well. His service is/was outstanding! Where do I start. So we are brand new home owners. We've been living in our home for about 1.5 years and the water heater here was 5 years new, well I got home from work yesterday and there was water all over my garage and the water heater was the culprit. Luckily the can had a sticker from when it was installed and from the moment the ladies answered the phone with my question over if it still had warranty to the moment Braden arrived and replaced our water heater, their service was very efficient, attentive and over the top!
