Pineapple Air is definitely the best place to go for your AC repair. John came out and had us up and running cold in no time at all. We are completely satisfied with the professional service and customer support he gave us. Thanks again for all your help.
I called Pineapple Air after reading excellent reviews on Yelp and Google. JP (the owner) came out the next day to diagnose my A/C unit and found (showed me) the coil leak. Because of the age of the unit (20 - 25 years old) he recommended a new A/C unit. He showed me (3 options) and the cost of each. After deciding to go ahead with the install, JP and crew came out the next day and installed the new A/C unit and thermostat. They tested all to be sure that everything was in working order. They cleaned up and made sure that all debris was removed.

JP from Pineapple Air went out to service my son’s AC after hours, responded immediately to text messages and followed through. Top notch from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The issue was diagnosed quickly and resolved efficiently. It’s not always easy to find honest and reliable service these days, but JP went above and beyond… as always!. They are the best! Already booked my parents house for service.
