I have been taking kids to Mesa Pediatrics since 1993-94. I started out in Mesa and moved to the Gilbert location when they opened. I loved my doctors. I loved the staff. I had two sickly kids that we spent a lot of time getting treatment for. The youngest is now 14. He has an extensive medical record that started with him being born 12 weeks early. I still love the providers here. However, I am not such a fan of the front office staff anymore. Since PCH took over, it’s just not the same. Our family has been coming here for eight years. We have nothing but high praise! Every staff member makes us feel seen. They take excellent care of our kiddos. The attention to detail, the child, and our family’s specific needs is unparalleled.

We have been here for 7 plus years when it was Mesa Peds. People are quick to point out the negatives when they changed to Phoenix Children’s Pediatrics and not quick to point out the good. The doctors do genuinely care about their patients (children) they see and want them to get well. The front staff have been ok, but they are getting more nice and friendly. Especially over the phone. You also have to understand they deal with many sick children and demanding parents. All in all, they have really been proactively trying to get sick children in in a timely manner, especially with flu season in full effect.
