The providers are beyond awesome at Mesa Pediatrics. However, since becoming part of Phoenix Children’s, we have difficulty getting through on the phone. If we can even dial in, the hold times are long. I don’t remember that at all when it was just Mesa Pediatrics. Becomes very frustrating when you have a sick child and are busy trying to work and call in too. I hope the phone situation gets resolved soon.
