Had 3 different companies quote our pool install (salt / Pebbletec) and Dave from Pegasus was immediately more engaged in the project than the other companies, suggesting some options that we hadn't considered and that made a big difference in our enjoyment of our pool. The showroom staff and field personnel were attentive, responsive, and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. Even better, we feel we received a much better value for money than we would have with the others. We were so pleased to have chosen Pegasus Pools to install our pool. They were referred to us by another satisfied customer and friend. From the minute we met Kane he made us feel comfortable and was very professional and personal. Kane and his supervisor Dylan were here daily to ensure that our pool and the services were on time and oversee their progress. Kane communicated all the things that were involved and the timeline of completion. The good news was we were told it may take 4-5 months. I really enjoyed working with Pegasus Pool & Spa. Bill Beisgen was very helpful in coming up with a creative design for our pool. Dylan was wonderful in coordinating all the contractors. He kept us up to date on everything. He explained things thoroughly. The end result was a beautiful pool and spa!?
