We moved to Arizona in 2018 and built a Freeform Pool, waterfall and an in ground spa in Eastmark. Our backyard was a true sanctuary. We moved again in 2022 to Gold Canyon and of course we used Pegasus again. I will include pics so you can see for yourself, that it is stunning! Above spa this time and another free form pool with waterfall. Thank you Dave!
I could not have had a better experience with Pegasus Pool and Spa. They put in a new pool and travertine. All of the subs were amazing, but the PM Dylan was the absolute best. He was very clear about the process from the very beginning. He checked on the project almost daily and identified things that needed to be changed/fixed before I even had a chance to say anything. The overall project was completed within the timeline that was quoted. I would chose Pegasus Pool and Spa all over again.
Had 3 different companies quote our pool install (salt / Pebbletec) and Dave from Pegasus was immediately more engaged in the project than the other companies, suggesting some options that we hadn't considered and that made a big difference in our enjoyment of our pool. The showroom staff and field personnel were attentive, responsive, and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. Even better, we feel we received a much better value for money than we would have with the others. I can be a pain to work with (lots of questions / concerns and an attitude at times) and Dave and the team were ALWAYS responsive, patient, and able to address any concerns in a very professional... read full review
