I have been doing optum previously, and fine day they say they are not in network with my insurance, that was in my last visit. So I changed all my insurance so that I could see this particular doctor., So I called to make my next visit fir my appointment, and the lady checked with me if iam with the particular insurance, which they only said they cover it previously, and I had changed for my primary physician’s name to be on there as well,I mentioned clearly that yes! I have the pch insurance, they lady didn’t say they don’t accept it or anything, I go to my appointment, and they say sorry mam you are not covered under this! I originally wrote this review for Google months ago following a visit back in February, but since I've had so much angst and still have not had issues resolved I think it's worth spreading the word a little more broadly. I've been a patient of Dr. Odle's for years, and I still love the care I received from him, but something is just plain wrong at the office now. I went in to see NP Patrick Lopez for my annual visit because it would have been a while before I could see Dr. Odle. I am also happy with the medical service he provided. Was a patient at Gilbert internal medicine with Patrick Lopez (who was good) but the changes to 4C to Optum have ruined this place. Now when I try to go in and ask for my records - they can see them but they refuse to give them to me. “They’re not here” I’m told. Ok - maybe not physically but surely you can print them off - No! They’re in archive - well, get them and print them off - I’ll wait. No is their answer to everything! IMO there has to be some kind of HIPPA violations when the office flat out refuses and roadblocks my own personal information. It’s mine - not theirs!!
