Javier was very polite and accommodating. He heard the noise once but we couldn’t get it to repeat. He wasn’t able to diagnose any issues. However, unfortunately, the unit is still making the noise. So I’m hoping to get a tech back out, perhaps earlier in the day as that’s when the most occurrences of noise happed.

I was impressed with how thorough the initial A/C checkup was! My technician Chance did a great job, Additionally, Oliver personally got involved and stood behind all the work I contracted to have done. Very happy with the repairs that were done and I’m very pleased to have a new WiFi smart Honeywell thermostat.
