Our bathroom sink drain was clogged and unfortunately the builder didn't leave access for a drain clean-out. But that didn't stop Joe and Luis, which I believe most other rooter outfits would have given up. But No Worries Joe and Luis forged ahead and after a series of setbacks due to not having access to a clean-out it paid off, and the drain was freed. They did find however the blockage was due to a cracked line and tree roots getting in. Joe was very diligent and explained every step they were taking in a very courteous and professional manner. Came home from vacation and had a leak in our kitchen. No Worries came right out and fixed it along with a couple repairs I’ve been trying to get to. It was an extreme pleasure to work with Joe and the staff and supporting a small business! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed!
We had a great experience with No Worries Rooter Plumbing. We had a plumbing emergency at 10 pm that could not wait until morning. We had contacted another company but after 2 hours and 3 follow up phone calls to their answering service, we found ourselves at midnight looking for another company and reached out to No Worries Rooter Plumbing. The gal that answered the phone, who apparently worked directly for the company and was not just an answering service, was so helpful. She verified the tech was available and gave us an estimated time of arrival. Joe arrived promptly and went to work on figuring out our issue.
