While the practice receives positive feedback overall, one patient's experience with Dr. Chu was less than satisfactory. The patient felt that the doctor's level of care and attention had declined over time, with concerns being dismissed or delegated to specialists. However, the practice is noted to have other great doctors available, providing patients with alternative options.
This was my first visit to Dr Chu's office. Staff was very friendly, Dr Chu was thorough and compassionate, mammogram staff was super helpful and alleviated my fears. I had to change due to insurance, and everything went exceptionally well.
Dr. Chu is amazing! She’s so kind, gentle, and professional. It was my first OB-GYN exam, and I was honestly pretty nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. But she made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. She explained everything clearly, was very patient, and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. The exam didn’t hurt at all! I was surprised by how gentle and reassuring the whole experience was. I left feeling so relieved and cared for. I’d highly recommend Dr. Chu to anyone, especially if it’s your first time!
All I can say is MARISSA. The only time I get actual help and feel heard is when Marissa is involved. She is so helpful and gets you what you need when you need it, and she actually cares about people! She is on office staff, I wish she was a doctor!
