I have had nothing shy of superior customer service since having found Neptune Pool Service and Daryl. I maintain my own pool but Daryl is always available to walk you thru your system, explain concerns and why they matter in the long run, and is SUPER quick in repairing anything needing repair. Absolutely the greatest. Cannot more highly recommend.
Daryl is absolutely amazing!! We’ve had several pool service companies over the years and they’ve always used too many chemicals to mask a problem, and there were issues with consistency and being offered unnecessary services. Then we found Neptune Pools and all of those concerns vanished. Daryl has always shown up at the same time on the same day each week. He is very reliable, honest, fair, hard-working, and our pool looks amazing. He is by far the BEST pool person we’ve ever had in all the years of owning a pool. Don’t even look anywhere else. He is awesome! Highly highly recommend!!!!
Darryl is a great guy and did an exceptional job. Called due to pool pump and saltwater leaking. Darryl explained what was happening with the pump that had to be replaced. He was outside in 113 degree direct sunlight to swap out the pump and remove non-operational saltwater setup. Darryl went above and beyond. He painted the exposed piping so they wouldn't get as hot, and found braided wiring from the original install that was not up to current code and replaced and rewired, all under the original quote. Highly recommend Darryl.
