This entire office is amazing. I was having some issues with one of my eyes and they managed to squeeze me in same day. The front desk was very friendly and Dr. Kneip was so helpful and gentle. I really appreciate how he explains everything before he does it and goes into detail why things happen. I wish all doctor visits were as great as this one was.

Fantastic experience from my first phone call to make an appt to picking up my glasses two weeks later. I think I waited maybe a minute at my appt. The ladies behind the desk were kind in their attention and speaking with clients on the phone. The young woman who did my initial testing was so friendly and thorough. She handed me off to Dr. Kneip who was also very personable and friendly. He was so knowledgeable and it is obvious he really cares about his patients. I was then walked over to Andy, who helped me pick out frames and walked me through the billing. When I picked up my glasses, Jessica ushered me into the pick-up suite and I was walking out within a few minutes....read full review

Jessica and Andy excellent customer service was looking for Oakley Flak 2.0 XL Frames thank you guys for taking such good care of me A lot of places are selling these Oakley’s for over retail which is wrong. Neighborhood vision center took good care of me. Good prices. Will definitely come back.
