I had recently placed a one-star review but I want to review it. Thanks to DeAndre Kocsis- general manager -Chandler location. He took the time to listen to my frustration with the other location and assisted me in obtaining the correct glasses that I needed. He went above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service.
Dr. Peller, Deandre and Tyler made my visit stellar from start to finish. Tyler was great with my check in process, taking my insurance and verifying quickly, even though I was a few minutes late! He also did a great exam and explained a new process that allowed me to complete an exam without having my eyes dilated! Dr. Peller was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to discuss my eye health, contributing factors to my issues and what I could do to improve my vision and make sure I can still see in years to come. The staff are incredible! So friendly, helpful and caring! Do not go to the branch on power and Southern, the woman there is a nightmare but the staff at this branch changed my mind about Nationwide as a company! Thank you to everyone who works here! You are all spectacular!
