This shout out is long over due..I am a Realtor with Realty one group. I have used Monarch roofing in GILBERT for my clients repairs and roof replacements. I get multiple bids but Monarch roofing is spot on and legit 100% of the time. Dave goes above and beyond for my clients countless times. I have called for same day or next day bid for a quick close he makes the repair happen. I’m battling a seller to get roof repairs done for my buyer and the way he words his inspection reports makes it easy for the seller to respond. I call and text him late and early and he texts me back in a timely manner he goes way above and beyond his job description. With the rains we have had expect a wait but it is well worth the wait to get the job done right! My first time buyers had questions and concerns and he comes up with solutions that worked for everyone. LOVE LOVE Monarch roofing!!
