Where to start...? When I first entered the front lobby in Gilbert I was impressed with the cleanliness and a fresh scent in the air. MASEY (FDA) at the front desk greeted me with a welcoming smile. Her courtesy and friendliness were sincere. I was early and as I waited for my appointment JOHNEL (Gen. Mgr.) came out of her office to say hello and we shared a brief pleasant conversation. At my appointed time...AMANDA (Therapist) came out and escorted me inside. She explained the process and asked if I had questions or areas of concern. Amanda was great! She really helped with my range of motion, I was hurting really bad before I saw her. She had great flow and was able to get the knots out of my neck and back. It was a mix of relaxation and therapeutic massage!

From the moment I walked through the front door, the vibe was so calm, and the smell of the relaxing scents was just what I needed! It was my first visit to Massage Envy with a friend of mine. Filling out my paperwork was a breeze, and we were taken in for our appointments with very little wait time. Massage was amazing! The therapist made sure to ask me all the necessary questions to make sure that my experience and level of care was important. I will definitely be going back!
